Training for the medical sector

Finance in healthcare means constantly reconciling the mission with economic reality. We train the people who have to do this every day — and we are practitioners who know healthcare providers from the inside.

We help the managers and finance teams of healthcare providers understand and bring order to what is hardest in healthcare: the costs of medical services and their pricing, public finance discipline, management control and audit. We speak the language of hospital and clinic practice, not of the textbook — because we have been auditing and keeping the accounts of this sector's entities for years.

We train the management of public healthcare institutions (SP ZOZ) and medical companies, chief accountants, finance and controlling departments, and the owners of medical and nursing practices.

Who teaches? A duo of practitioners: Dr Jacek Kalinowski (specialisation: cost management in healthcare) and Monika Kalinowska (an internal auditor with many years of experience in hospitals and medical institutes, among others).
We always tailor the programme to the client — a district hospital has different needs from a research institute, and a private practice different needs again. Ask for a proposal.
